Before you commit.
When does V1 ship?
July 2026, in Morocco. Founding members in Morocco receive hardware in the first wave at launch. UK and Europe shipments follow over the months that follow, in order of reservation.
What hardware do I receive?
The Monarc Pulse wristband — screenless, IP68, multi-week battery — included with your subscription. No separate hardware charge. We talk about capability and outcome rather than parts list, but the build is uncompromising.
How is founding pricing different from launch pricing?
Founding pricing is the lower annual rate available only to the first 1,000 members. Launch pricing applies to everyone who joins after launch and reprices on schedule. Your founding rate, once locked, does not.
Can I switch product lines later?
Yes. You pick one of Combat, Athlete, or Companion at signup. You can switch product lines from inside the app at any time. The hardware is the same; the language and AI tone change with you.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. If you let your founding subscription lapse, the founding rate does not return — you would re-join at launch pricing. The founding spot itself is non-recoverable.
Is shipping included?
Hardware shipping is included in Morocco at launch. UK and EU shipping is included at the country's public launch rollout. We will publish exact dates with reservation confirmation.
Can I gift a founding membership?
Yes — gifting will be available at launch checkout. The founding badge attaches to the recipient's account, and lifetime status follows them, not the gifter.
Will there ever be more founding spots?
No. One thousand is the number. The doors close at launch and they do not re-open.
